​We are funded by Kern Behavioral Health and Recovery Services


Certified/Licensed by the State of Department of Health Care Services.

  • CCS serves Medi-Cal eligible children and adults with significant or serious impairments in their ability to participate in meaningful age appropriate activities due to a behavioral health issue.


  • We serve adults who are designated SUD and CalWORKS participants with behavioral health impairments that present barriers to employment.  


  • We serve uninsured persons (to the extent funds are available) that have a serious mental illness placing them at risk. 


  • We serve children who are severely emotional disturbed and at risk of hospitalization, out of home placement or children with symptoms remaining for a year or more without treatment.​
