CCS serves Medi-Cal eligible children and adults with significant or serious impairments in their ability to participate in meaningful age appropriate activities due to a behavioral health issue.
We serve children who are designated SED and CalWORKS participants with behavioral health impairments that present barriers to employment.
We serve uninsured persons (to the extent funds are available) that have a serious mental illness placing them at risk.
We serve children who are severely emotional disturbed and at risk of hospitalization, out of home placement or children with symptoms remaining for a year or more without treatment.
CCS encourages individuals served to participate in the outcomes studies designed to benchmark progress in symptom reduction and increase quality of life.

About Our Program
Our services follow the Short/Doyle Medi-Cal Recovery Model, which focuses on the individual’s strengths and self-identified goals.
We use a multidisciplinary team approach to service delivery which provides a network of service providers that best meet the needs of the individuals and families being served.
Our clinical team includes therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, SA counselors and recovery coordinators. Each eligible individual is assigned a personal Recovery Coordinator to assist them throughout their journey.
