POPULATIONS SERVED

MediCal eligible children with significant or serious impairments in their ability to participate in meaningful age appropriate activities due to a behavioral health.​​Uninsured persons to the extent funds are available that have a serious mental illness that places them at risk.  Children who are severely emotionally disturbed and at risk for hospitalization or out of home placement or are likely to have the symptoms remain for a year or more without treatment.  If you are interested in our services, please click on, fill out and fax or mail back the appropriate form to the clinic in your community.  See links below.

Our services follow the Recovery model, which focuses on the individual’s strengths and self-identified goals. We use a multidisciplinary team approach which provides a network of service providers that best meet the needs of the individuals and families being served. Our clinical team includes therapists, psychiatrists, and recovery coordinators. Each eligible individual is assigned a personal Recovery Coordinator to assist them throughout their journey.  CCS encourages individuals served to participate in the outcomes studies designed to benchmark progress in symptom reduction and increase quality of life.

Camp Erwin Owen

​Founded in 1938 this non-secure juvenile forestry camp services ages 14-18 committed by the Juvenile Court.  Rehabilitation occurs through a multifaceted program consisting of discipline, education, counseling, guidance, work experience, vocational training, athletics and a group living experience.
